Based out of Sacramento, CA, Kartel Motorsports manages the Top Kart USA Racing Team. They travel to all major karting events, and provide track-side support for all of their team drivers. Artie Carpenter and Davey Manthei of Team Kart Sport Northwest also run for Kartel Motorsports at the National Level. |

Joey Hand is the owner of Kartel Motorsports, and a very accomplished professional road course racer. He has had success in everything from sprint karts, to Daytona Prototype race cars. He is a big influence and mentor to his drivers of Kartel Motorsports, including KSNW's Artie Carpenter and Davey Manthei. Follow Joey's progress this year while races the Koni Challenge series in the Rahal-Letterman BMW. |
